Area Manager (Glazing) £100,000 - £110,000 + Progression+ Training + Pension + Company VehicleNewmarket (Commutable from Cambridge/Bury St Edmunds/Thetford)Are you an Area Manager with a background in glazing or similar looking for the opportunity to step into a senior role that offers progression opportunities, world class training and the opportunity to go to corporate events?On offer is the one-off opportunity to join a well-established glazing company that has been in service for over three decades and is continuously growing at a rapid pace. This company is involved in a variety of works, repairs and maintenance and has worked with some of the UKs most prestigious on some huge projects, including airports, shopping centres and high-rise buildings.In this mixed role you will be managing a team, estimating the cost of projects from inception to delivery, complying with health and safety and managing sub-contractors to ensure a timely project delivery. This is a hybrid role where you will be given a little bit of free reign in your day to day, but you are expected to provide regular progress reports to senior management and also be involved with business development. Although this role is a Mon-Fri, 8.00-17.00 role, there will occasionally be projects that require you to be flexible with weekends.This job is suited to an Area Manager with a background in glazing looking to work for a company that offers progression opportunities, world class training and the opportunity to attend corporate events.The Role:

The Person:
- CSCS Card
- Degree in Construction Management or similar
- Experience within the Glazing Industry or similar
