Internal Sales Coordinator for a packaging manufacturer based in Newmarket. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally within a similar industry (Packaging). You will be working within the internal sales/customer services team liaising with customers about their requirements and preparing specifications on the computer system.
Internal Sales Coordinator - Packaging Job Overview* Respond in a friendly manner to any online or telephone queries* Follow up on and prepare any sales quotations made for customers* Arrange all customer order requirements* Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction* liaise between departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer's needs, cost and time restraints* Investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist the sales team employees in resolution* Provide assistance to other team members/departments as neededInternal Sales Coordinator - Packaging Job Requirements- Experienced in a similar role

- Salary dependent on experience but starting likely at £30k-£32,5k
- Office based, 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday
