Internal Sales Coordinator for a packaging manufacturer based in Newmarket. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally within a similar industry (Packaging). You will be working within the internal sales/customer services team liaising with customers about their requirements and preparing specifications on the computer system.

* Respond in a friendly manner to any online or telephone queries

* Follow up on and prepare any sales quotations made for customers

* Arrange all customer order requirements

* Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills in order to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

* liaise between departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer's needs, cost and time restraints

* Investigate order discrepancies and other customer satisfaction issues to assist the sales team employees in resolution

* Provide assistance to other team members/departments as needed
