  • Teach/assess learners working towards a vocational qualification in Plastering.  
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
  • Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
  • Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
  • Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
Criteria:
  • Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching or Assessing qualification.
  • Must hold solid, occupational experience within Plastering.
  • Hold a level 2 as a minimum within Plastering.
  • Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners - or providing on-the-job training within the workplace.
  • Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
  • Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
