Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Architecture CAD Technician to join our dynamic team in Newmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in architecture and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design solutions.
- Ensure all drawings and designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the design process.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, etc.). Revit, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- A keen interest in architecture and design.
