Due to expansion, our client is looking to appoint 2nd Line Support Engineers to help with providing managed services to their clients with the delivery of technical projects. Day to day you will be providing remote support to Senior Engineers/ Consultants.

As the 2nd Line support Engineer you will be contributing to proposals, statements of work and project initiation documents as required and enjoy working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

As the 2nd Lind Support Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily checks for the cloud hosting platform and customer systems
  • Installing/configuring of customer solutions
  • Work in a team on larger projects to help meet client outcomes
  • Contributing to proposals, statements of work, PID creation and peer reviews
  • Diagnosing and solving software and hardware faults
  • Building solutions/carrying out upgrades
  • Keep up to date with company mandatory training
  • Logging customer queries
  • Participate in On-Call Rota

As the 2nd Line support Engineer you will have:

  • Resilient Virtual Infrastructures using VMware and Microsoft Technologies
  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions
  • Networking, Firewall and Security knowledge
  • Active Directory, Certificate services, ADFS
  • O365/M365 Solutions including Azure AD, Intune, EXO, and Security and Compliance admin centres
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Windows 10/11
  • Strong commitment to customer service
