We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to manage litigation cases from Pre-Action Protocol through to High Court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting statements of cases, applications, and court filings and be comfortable handling complex litigation matters. Candidates with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) are strongly preferred, as advocacy in the High Court is a key aspect of the role. This is a highly flexible role, available on a full-time or part-time basis, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking work-life balance while engaging in complex and high-value litigation.

As the Litigation Solicitor you will be:

  • Managing litigation cases from Pre-Action Protocol through to High Court trial.
  • Drafting statements of case, applications, witness evidence, and court documents for High Court litigation.
  • Representing clients in High Court proceedings (if HRA qualified) or instructing counsel as needed.
  • Coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional fraud litigation, working with legal teams in Singapore and other jurisdictions.
  • Assisting in the development of technology being developed internally
  • Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and ethical obligations, upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity.

As the Litigation Solicitor you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practising certificate.
  • Extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation, particularly in High Court matters.
  • Ability to draft complex legal pleadings, applications, and case strategy documents independently.
  • Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), including Pre-Action Protocols.
  • Experience handling multi-jurisdictional cases, particularly fraud litigation, is advantageous.
  • Interest in using your experience to help develop tools for a new product being released allowing you to use your expertise on various projects along with a willingness to engage in innovation within legal practice.
  • Strong ethical values, honesty, and integrity.
