We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor to represent clients in civil and commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy skills, a proven track record in litigation, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global technology company, handling multi-jurisdictional fraud matters. It also provides the chance to be part of a company developing AI Litigation Support and hybrid working.

As the Litigation Solicitor you will be:

  • Managing litigation cases from Pre-Action Protocol to High Court Proceedings
  • Drafting statements of case, application, witness evidence and court documents
  • Representing clients in the High Court
  • Assisting in the development of an AI support system
  • Negotiating settlements and resolve disputes outside of court when appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in laws related to litigation.

As the Litigation Solicitor you will have:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales and a current practising certificate
  • Experience in dispute resolution and litigation in the High Court
  • The ability to draft complex legal pleadings, applications and case strategy documents
  • A strong understanding of Civil Procedure rules including Pre-Action Protocols
  • Higher Rights of Audience (Civil)
  • Experience of handling fraud litigation
  • An interest in technology, AI and LLM's
