Site Manager – Office Fit-Out – Newmarket – Up to £300 per day
Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a renowned interior fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional workspaces. This family-run business is expanding its presence in East Anglia, offering a unique opportunity for a Site Manager to lead a significant office fit-out project in Newmarket.
The Opportunity
- Project Scope: Oversee the transformation of existing office and welfare areas, including the creation of offices, reconfiguration of workspaces, and upgrades to staff facilities. The project also involves M&E reconfiguration to align with new layouts.
- Environment: Manage operations in a live, occupied building, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining strong communication with building users.
- Duration: This is a 24-week project, offering a minimum of six months' work, with the potential for long-term engagement.
- Schedule: Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, providing a stable work-life balance.

What We're Looking For
- Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

- Skills: Ability to effectively manage client relationships, oversee projects in live environments, and coordinate M&E aspects within fit-out projects.
