My client is undoubtedly one of Newmarket's most successful and established Estate Agents, who is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their thriving business. Senior Negotiator position available for the right individual.
We are looking for someone who comes with a successful and proven track record, who is at the top of their game and wanting to take their career to the next level. Experience is essential, with ideally 2 to 3 years minimum in a sales negotiator role. This individual will need to be an expert in converting leads to opportunities and negotiating offers, whilst being able to deliver a first class customer experience. Duties of this role:
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Register applicants
- Arrange and undertake viewings
- Book in valuation and listing appointments
- Negotiate offers
- Keep vendors and applicants updatedÂ
- Previous experience working within property or estate agency
- Great customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
