Are you experienced in block management, or looking to take your career to the next level? Our client are expanding their team and are on the lookout for a dedicated individual with block management experience. Whether you're a seasoned professional or have some knowledge and are eager to grow, we welcome applicants at all levels! We are currently hiring for a Block Manager or an Assistant Estate Manager.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience in block management is ideal, but we are open to candidates with varying levels of expertise.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Section 20, budgets, AGMs, service charges, ground rents, health & safety regulations, arranging maintenance, and site visits would be advantageous.
- Support for Development: If you're less experienced, our client is happy to support your qualification journey, including financial support and time off for study where possible. Our clients expect candidates to take ownership of their professional growth.
- Assistant Estate Manager or Administrator: If you have a background in the property industry but aren't quite ready for a full Block Manager role, we also welcome applications for Assistant Estate Manager or Administrators looking to step up.
Working Days/Location:
- Office-Based: You’ll be based in their office near Newmarket, working from Monday to Friday, with standard office hours.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary between £26,000 and £35,000+ depending on experience and qualifications.
- A bonus scheme that adds around £2,000 per year to your earnings.
