HGV Recruitment Consultant

We requireRecruitment Consultantto start near Newmarket, Suffolk for Swift Recruit. Recruitment Consultant experience ideal for a minimum of 1 year. Logistics and HGV experience for atleast 1 year in recruitment. Brilliant opportunity to build a career with us, with lots of hours available and a high rate of pay.

Salary: 30,000 - 70,000 per annum
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Work type: Recruitment Consultant
Work hours: 08:00 AM
Shift Type: Monday - Friday

Key Requirements:

• Direct drivers, advising them on all loading and unloading of consignments and goods.
• Negotiate contracts where possible to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Report to the Transport Manager if there is any absence from work of drivers and staff.
• Communicate with drivers, subcontractors, managers and key personnel, keeping them up to date with any changes that may need to be implemented.
• Establish strong and positive relationships with clients in pursuit of sustainable business relationships.
• Ensure compliance and understanding of all current legislations, regulations and procedures.
• Manage drivers and staff on a daily basis ensure proper candidate and client build up relationships.

Successful candidates must have a valid:

• Recruitment experience in Driving and Logistics
• Logistics and HGV knowledge and experience
• Driving Licence
