- Coordinating daily Front of the House operations to ensure smooth service.
- Delivering superior food and beverage service, maximising customer satisfaction and promptly and addressing any complaints or issues.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Create and manage staff schedules.
- Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Previous General Management experience within a food environment
- Great Organisational skills
- You will have worked in a similar role before either as a Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverages Manager, Hospitality, Duty Manager, Supervisor or an Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to take the next step!
- Ability to thrives in a fast faced environment
