We have an exciting position for a Restaurant General Manager in this beautiful and exceptional dinning establishment. This high-end restaurant has served the local community for several years and thrives on serving its loyal customer base.You will be the General Manager for the Restaurant function of the establishment. This is a great opportunity to develop and grow your skills and put your stamp on the running of the business. You will manage the front-of-house team through to dealing with customers! This role offers a competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package which includes great working patterns.As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:

Coordinating daily Front of the House operations to ensure smooth service.
Delivering superior food and beverage service, maximising customer satisfaction and promptly and addressing any complaints or issues.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Create and manage staff schedules.
Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

To be successful in the role of Restaurant Manager:

Previous General Management experience within a food environment
Great Organisational skills
You will have worked in a similar role before either as a Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverages Manager, Hospitality, Duty Manager, Supervisor or an Assistant Restaurant Manager looking to take the next step!
Ability to thrives in a fast faced environment
