On Site Recruitment Consultant-Industrial Recruitment Sector

First Call Contract Services are looking to recruit an On Site Recruitment Consultant to help service our clients industrial operations based in Newmarket, CB8.

2024 is set to be a record breaking year for First Call Contract Services, so this really is a great time to be joining our company!

Ideally candidates will come from recruitment background and have an understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Managing a full client contract, including advertising, booking filling and compliance
  • Managing a pool of candidates, from order pickers, packers and warehouse operatives
  • Interviewing and registering candidates
  • Arranging & attending service meetings
  • Managing role advertising and candidate attraction plans in line with clients hiring intentions

Candidate experience will include:

  • Ideally have a background or experience of a recruitment sector
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to provide excellent levels of customer service to clients and candidates
  • Be able to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Be able to work to company targets and KPI's

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.

Basic starting salary is DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE's and company benefits.

Candidates will ideally have a full UK Driving Licence and their own transport.
