Sonic Summary

We are seeking several production operatives for a full-time, permanent role at a processing facility located on the outskirts of Newmarket.
The position requires candidates to have skills in metal work, machine operation (preferably CNC), construction, and welding, along with the ability to read technical drawings.
Successful candidates can expect to work AM shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Friday, with standard hours ranging from 37 to 40 hours per week and opportunities for overtime.
The role is physically demanding and requires a strong awareness of Health and Safety protocols, with full forklift training provided to successful applicants.
While the salary is not specified, the role offers benefits such as a discretionary annual bonus, life insurance, and a private pension scheme, and applicants are preferred to have their own transport.

We are pleased to be working with our client on the outskirts of Newmarket to recruit for several production operatives to join their large processing facility.

This is a full time, permanent role working the AM shift - 6 - 2 Monday to Friday.

Standards hours of work range between 37 - 40 hour per week and there are huge opportunities for overtime.

We are looking for people with the following skills or experience:

· Metal work

· Machine Operation (Preferable CNC or similar)

· Construction

· Mig or Tig Welding

· Ability to read technical drawings

· Confident using heavy duty production tools and machinery

The production operative role is a key role in the operation and will involve loading product into machinery ready to be cut down, shotblasted or painted to client specification. The role can be physically demanding, and the production operatives must be able to demonstrate an excellent awareness of Health and Safety protocols due to the nature of the environment.

Full forklift training will be provided to successful applicants and makes up part of this role.
