- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple global locations.
- Serve as the technical lead, identifying and implementing emerging technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee network security, system updates, and data protection, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues at all levels.
- Work closely with global IT teams to standardise processes, enhance system efficiency, and implement industry best practices.
- Assist in IT budget management, vendor relationships, and procurement of IT equipment and services.
- Lead and mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, procedures, and incident reports.
- Monitor system performance, identify risks, and propose solutions for optimisation and improvement.
- Strengthen cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with best practices and leading responses to security incidents.
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and IT service management (ITSM) methodologies.
- Professional certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and experience with cybersecurity frameworks (eg. ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe, with the ability to provide out-of-hours support when necessary.
