As a Farm Grain Buyer you will manage and expand existing farmer customer contacts and gain new customers in the area by building long-term relationships.

- Developing and supporting the farmer suppliers in line with our clients Values of Integrity, Customer Focus and Expertise
- Buying grain, oilseeds and pulses from farmer customers both established and new
- Negotiating the purchase contracts within the price range and terms established by the company and selling fertiliser, seed and specialist crop contracts

- High levels of verbal and numerical reasoning ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with impact at all levels
- Attention to detail even when working to challenging deadlines
- Good IT skills including Intermediate Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, including prioritizing workloads, meeting deadlines and managing a varied workload in a busy environment
