What are the roles and responsibilities for the School Administrator?

  • Working closely with the School Business Manager to complete administrative tasks such as inputting pupil attendance and processing school dinner orders.

  • Writing concise and accurate minutes and ensuring actions are taken prior to the next meeting.

This opportunity is paying up to £14.50 per hour working part-time, 7 hours per week,  plus attending meetings in the evening 12 times a year. Please note this is a fixed term contract until August 2025 with the potential to turn into a permanent position or the right candidate.

This role is subject to satisfactory references and a valid Enhanced DBS check.
