About the Role

We are working closely with an engineering consultancy who are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. Our client works with businesses that supply into the aerospace, medical and automotive sectors and are therefore looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in highly regulated industries and the production of high value, low volume products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Define, implement, and manage strategies to meet quality requirements processes.
  • Support FMEA activities and drive problem resolution.
  • Promote quality best practices.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships to ensure robust manufacturing of safety-critical parts.
  • Conduct audits of suppliers for performance and compliance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client/customer-facing roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in CAD
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawing interpretation.
  • Solid experience in auditing, ISO9001 standards, and continuous improvement.
