Energy Division

Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission + laptop, mobile phone, agile working policy, car allowance 

Ganymede have an exciting opportunity for a strategic B2B salesperson to join our growing Energy Division, which is based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.

Our Energy Division supplies Engineers to the majority of the key energy providers in the UK, offering several workforce solutions to fit their requirements and needs. We are looking for a Sales Consultant from an ‘energy’ background, with a strong understanding of the market and the ability to identify new market trends and introduce the business to key contacts within these areas.

As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for improving our market position and ultimately securing financial growth for the business, through identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships and winning high volume contracted works. You will be involved in the bid/tendering process, assist with setting up SLAs/KPIs and work with our Head of Resourcing and Account Managers to ensure effective delivery and maintenance of the accounts.

Our ideal candidate will have leadership aspirations, with progression opportunities for the position to grow into a management role within our structure. A high level of spoken and written English is essential.

The successful Sales Consultant will:

  • Communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
