Summary:
As a Recruitment Resourcer at Utility People, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging top talent within the Energy, Water, and Utilities sectors. Your responsibilities will include leveraging advanced search techniques, screening candidates and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals, using Boolean search techniques
- Review and assess applications to match candidates with suitable roles
- Format CVs and create detailed candidate profiles for shortlisted applicants
- Assist in the full recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Provide candidates with regular updates and feedback throughout their recruitment journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and company culture
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role
- Skilled in Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
Role: Recruitment Resourcer (Energy/Utilities)
Location: Remote - typically one day per week in our Newport Pagnell office
Salary: £25,000 DOE + commission + benefits
