Role Overview

In this role, you will take the lead in managing a talented team of three, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to advance their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three, ensuring their professional development and optimal performance.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial cost estimates through to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Cost Management: Provide accurate cost management, cost reporting, and forecasting to ensure project financial targets are met.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are met with excellence.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, providing strategic advice and solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients, ensuring clear communication of project progress and financial status.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Professional Accreditation: MRICS or equivalent is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and complex projects.
