Business Development Manager – Energy Sector
Location: Newport Pagnell (MK16 9QS)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic DOE + £5,000 car allowance, Uncapped Commission, 25 Days Annual Leave, Agile Working Policy, Annual Awards, Incentives, Structured Career Progression, Ongoing Professional Development.
We’re seeking a B2B sales specialist to joins as a Sales Consultant to focus on new business development to join our Energy team at our Newport Pagnell office.

The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by mapping the market.
- Create and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their requirements and promoting our services.
- Collaborate with the Resource team who will fill roles and oversee the entire candidate journey.
- Play a key role in growing our business and fostering new client relationships.
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in a sales-focused recruitment role with a track record of high performance.
- Ideally has experience in the Energy sector (though experience in other sectors will also be considered).
- Is a self-starter with a willingness to learn and immerse themselves in the energy sector.
- Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Is highly ambitious and aspires to progress into a leadership or management role.
- Possesses a high level of spoken and written English.
