As my client expands our operations and transition to new markets, we seek a skilled and experienced professional to oversee our financial functions and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes.
Lead and manage a team of financial professionals.
Review and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong educational background (degree level).
  • 3 -5 years of post-qualified experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • International experience, including group consolidation.
  • Proven track record in SME finance.
  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
