Brook Street are working with a well established client based in Marshfield. Due to the steady growth in business they're looking to raise the head count with Tax Management professionals. The ideal candidates would live locally, have experience in external auditing and have their own transport.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of both corporate and personal clients, including entrepreneurial private companies and subsidiaries of large groups.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage
  • tax compliance affairs, ensuring timely and accurate filings and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Handle day-to-day client management, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Tax Advisory Work: Provide varied tax advice on client portfolios and address ad hoc queries with expertise.
  • Team Management: Help manage a team of Tax Assistants and Seniors, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Flexible Working: This role can be either full-time or part-time with hybrid working options available.
  • Requirements:
  • Personal Tax Experience: Proven experience in dealing with personal tax compliance and advisory matters across a range of clients.
  • Corporate Tax Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling corporate tax compliance and advisory matters for a variety of clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to provide accurate and insightful advice.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
