Accounts Assistant (temporary) - Newport (hybrid)
The role:
A temporary Accounts Assistant required for a UK finance company based in Newport. Until 31/1/25 (possibility of extension). Hybrid (4 days work from home after completion of 1 weeks training in the office)
- Daily origination and reconciliations. Meeting strict deadlines.
- Delivery of daily payout activity for origination, undertaking accuracy checks
- Liaise with sales support to resolve queries
- Undertake bank reconciliations and process transactions

The Person:
- Undertake daily bank reconcilliations and processing of transactions
- Set up suppliers within purhcase ledger in respect of originations
- Good Excel skills (intermediate)
- Preferably experience of Sage
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to pick things up quickly
- Good communication skills
