- Create and maintain Meter Point Reference Numbers (MPRNs), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process and address requests and queries from customers, the connections team, and other industry parties.
- Assist with the theft of gas process.
- Audit work and ensure high-quality and efficient outcomes by identifying and addressing errors.
- Provide feedback and support in error resolution.
- Work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to meet targets.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with a customer-focused approach, dealing with complaints and queries effectively.
- Communicate with internal and external customers, including office staff, gas engineers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (ability to work with reports and spreadsheets).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not required.
