My client requires an experienced administrator to work in their offices in Newport, Wales on a long term basis. Paying between £16 an hour + Long Term Role + Weekly payments + Outside IR35 + Based in Newport, Wales

Role Overview

  • Support the wider project team with general administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Assist with reporting.
  • Provide office operations support, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
  • Be an all-rounder capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage administration of construction works that require CAB approval, including document management, compliance and communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an administrator in a construction company (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience with office administration and document management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
