Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer | Newport | £25K-£40K  If you are looking for an architectural practice in the Gloucester area that will provide you the tools and environment to build your own strong, lasting relationships with clients, this could be the place for you. We are looking for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer to join a well-established, reputable practice in the Gloucester area. Boasting over 100 employees, this practice is dedicated to growth, stemming from their outstanding quality of work and repeat business from lasting client relationships. For this, and many other reasons, genuine career progression is to be encouraged and achieved here. What does this mean for you as an Architectural Technician? Firstly, you will be working with a team of 27 residential professionals, eager and ready to support you, at a highly accomplished business, the kind that is dedicated to investing time in propelling your career with them long term. You will be working on a vast array of residential projects including, but not limited to, bespoke homes, housing developments and apartment schemes – making this the perfect environment to stretch your skills and take on new and rewarding challenges. With plenty of new projects on the horizon and the practice having one of their busiest years to date, there will be no shortage of opportunity here. This is a hybrid working role, consisting of 2 days at home and 3 in the office. Flexible start and finish times are available as well as regular CPD’s and ample support and mentoring from associates.  The salary for this position is between £25K - £40K depending on previous experience. To be considered: Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer 
  • Ideal candidates will have previously worked as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer within the UK
  • Experience working with medium to large scale residential projects is needed
  • Must be familiar with using Revit in practice
  • Should live within commutable distance from Newport
