Job title: Section Manager - Rail Track

Location: South Wales, Newport
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + benefits
Role
You will be expected to co-ordinate activities of construction and associated works with Pway works and to deliver construction work safely to the level of quality expected by the company on site; to budget and in line with all relevant standards, processes and procedures. Permanent way section managing.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking the role of construction manager for projects across route
- Controlling all on site technical activities and man power
- Rail engineering co-ordination across sites and work packages
- Management of supervisors, team leaders and ops
Essential requirements:
- Comprehensive understanding of rail track
- Safety Management training.
- Good knowledge and understanding of track works
- Client side experience
