**Production Operative**

Temp to Perm

Location: Parkway, Newport.

Start date: Inductions 22nd and 23rd of January 2025 & then ASAP!

Pay: 11.44 ( First 12 weeks) After 12.70

Duties:

Visually and physically check all products to conform to product quality specifications and document where appropriate

During inspection, detect any product defects which occur on a consecutive basis to be reported to Line Supervision.

Operate processing equipment where necessary

Collect and supply product samples for quality assurance where necessary

Maintain GMP standards in all aspects of the role

Support the development of "Lean Manufacturing" within the department. Make suggestions for continuous improvement and participate in implementing agreed changes

To ensure compliance with all Company rules and regulations, and also maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Adhere to and conforms with the required technical and quality specifications in line with the Company's ISO 9000 quality systems
