About the Role

The Senior QA Manager (Nights) will lead the night-shift QA team, ensure quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance in a high-care, high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the night-shift QA team, overseeing one QA Manager and multiple QA team members
  • Ensure adherence to retailer codes, BRC standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain audit readiness and address any compliance gaps promptly
  • Work closely with the Site Technical Manager, operations, and other departments to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Manage end-to-end quality processes and implement corrective actions
  • Champion quality improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance

About You

This position is ideal for a QA professional with experience in large-scale food production, particularly in high-care, high-risk environments.

Key Skills

  • 3-5 years' relevant industry experience (e.g. Quality Manager, Senior QA Manager)
  • Experience in large-scale operations, ideally in poultry, ready meals, or raw meat production
  • Knowledge of high-care, high-risk environments
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and a quick learner

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 22:30 - 06:30
