About the Role

This factory-based role focuses on optimising processes, improving yields, and driving efficiencies in low-risk food manufacturing. You will spend most of your time on the production floor, working closely with internal teams to ensure cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise processes and conduct trials to improve yields and efficiency
  • Collect and analyse data for product specifications and improvements
  • Manage critical paths, trials, and project deliverables
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and legal compliance

About You

You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, possess strong analytical and collaborative skills, and are driven to optimise value through creative problem-solving-regardless of your prior field or experience.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Occasional weekend work as needed
