  • Duration: immediate start on an ongoing basis (potentially temp to perm for the right candidate)
  • Duties: Responding to customer calls within set timescales, complaint handling, providing and processing information. Maintaining in house, complex computerised systems (training given). Adherence to standards. Liaison with internal departments and external agencies, contractors and the public.
  • Experience: Strong customer services experience (including complaint handling) within an office based environment is required. Experience of inbound call centre is preferred. Must have a good level of administrative and organisational skills. Must have a good telephone manner and communication skills. Must have a good level of computer literacy and attention to detail. Must be flexible with working hours.
  • Salary: 10.50 per hour dayshift, (rates increase after 12 weeks training to 10.60 dayshift)

Call Centre / Contact Centre Advisor 

We have two shifts available:
1 X 4on 4 off dayshift ( 7am – 7pm)
1 x rotating days and night shifts (nightshift is every third rotation)

Industry: Infrastructure

Location: Newport, Isle of Wight

Hours: Dayshift 7am - 7pm / Nightshift 7pm - 7am

Days: 4 on 4 off on a rota basis ( Monday - Sunday)

Duration: Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Duties:

Responding to customer calls within set timescales, complaint handling, providing and processing information.
Maintaining in house, complex computerised systems (training given)
Adherence to standards.
Compiling accurate messages and producing reports.
Liaison with internal departments and external agencies, contractors and the public.

Experience:

Strong customer services experience (including complaint handling) within an office based environment is required.
Experience of inbound call centre is preferred
Must have a good level of administrative and organisational skills.
Must have a good telephone manner and communication skills.
Must have a good level of computer literacy and attention to detail.

Salary:£11.44 per hour worked day shift/ £15.21 per hour worked nightshift, rates increase after 12 weeks
