Graduate Chemical Engineer

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage small projects from conception to completion
  • Ensure that all assigned projects comply with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide project expenditure forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
  • Perform chemical/process engineering design, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Actively participate in site safety initiatives and provide support for incident investigations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date process safety plant information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, ideally with an understandng of project management/planning
  • Good organization skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • A proactive approach to safety and a commitment to continuous improvement.
