FJA are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading supplier of water management solutions across the clean water and wastewater sectors.

They are now looking for a Site Support Technician to join there expanding wastewater team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that specialise in designing and manufacturing monitoring and telemetry equipment for water, wastewater and gas networks.

Site Support Technician Responsibilities:

Direct site support regular travel to sites to visit install teams and customers to provide installation support and general site support (this will include overnight travel so the successful candidate must be flexible)

Hands on involvement in training sessions and assisting with installations alongside project teams

Offering remote support from the office/home using data platform to identify issues with devices and provide support to fix equipment

Able to understand and demonstrate products effectively

Product testing and troubleshooting

Assisting in the management of stock ensuring stock is at sufficient levels for the wastewater sales team

Participating in sales and commercial management meetings

Providing valuable insights into product development

Following best Health and Safety practices on site at all times

Analysing data identifying any patterns in poor performing deployments and supplying test solutions

Communicating with field operators remotely and in person

The successful Site Support Technician must have:

Excellent customer service skills

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Good technical understanding

Working knowledge of IoT devices will be advantageous

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Happy to work outdoors and complete site visits and deal with wastewater operators
