This role will generate new leads and qualify prospects B2B. This could offer a great opportunity for an individual who wants to grow and expand within a business and be valued in their working environment.

Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:

  • Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate:

  • Evident successful sales background, it is essential to have experience within asset finance sales
  • Demonstration of a desire to succeed, determination and self-motivation
  • Creative and proactive with their sales strategy
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
