The Role:

  • Working within the projects team and take a lead on a variety of technical projects.
  •  Play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of the company's state of the art facility.
  • Receive ongoing training and development to further your skillset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage small capital projects from conception and ensure the approval, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of capital projects, ensuring that designs are safe, efficient, maintainable and controllable.
  • Accountable for ensuring that assigned projects comply with all relevant internal & external standards/requirements.
  • Provide the Project Team Manager (or designee) with expenditure forecasts for assigned projects.
  • Undertake the chemical/process engineering design for assigned projects.
  • Actively undertake safety participation activities and assigned site safety actions.
  • Provide occasional incident/accident investigation support.
  • Ensuring process safety plant information is kept up to date.

The Person:

  • Project Engineer.
  • Chemical Engineering Degree or similar.
  • Looking for further development and progression.
