- Week 1: 3 days at Cilfynydd & 2 days at Uskmouth
- Week 2: 3 days at Uskmouth & 2 days at Cilfynydd
- Scan and upload all delivery notes and relevant site documentation to the shared drive.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and raise requisitions/orders through the procurement team at HQ.
- Compile and manage data for weekly SHES reporting, ensuring timely submission.
- Plan and coordinate routine inspections for fire extinguishers, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspections, and welfare unit certification.
- Liaise with the security provider for cover arrangements on weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to the Weekly Completed folder in the Site Management (SHEQ) system.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in a construction or site-based administrative role is desirable but not essential.
- Must have a Full UK Driving License to be able to travel to both sites.
