About the company
My client are a reinforced concrete subcontractor specialist with over 20 years of experience, delivering a diverse range of construction projects including concrete frames, bridge structures, retaining walls and radius tanks.
They have also completed projects for the water treatment industry, large blast walls for the munitions industry, energy from waste plants and flood defences that actively protect the environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sitesManaging a team of 10 project managersFacilitating site planning meetingsTracking company resource usageIdentifying project risks and proposing solutionsDispatching subcontractors and equipmentMeasuring and managing client satisfactionFacilitating weekly operations meetingsCoordinating equipment maintenanceKeeping track of vendor pricing
Skills
Experience in any steel reinforcement Ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projectsProficient in preparing and managing budgets and schedulesSkilled in contract negotiation and quality control program implementation
