Hire Desk Controller

30 - 35k depending on experience

Our established multi depot client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hire Desk Controller to oversee the daily operations of rental services at their Newport Depot. Your role will be vital in ensuring efficient coordination and delivery of their hire solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for rental inquiries, advising clients and providing accurate quotes.
  • Efficiently allocate equipment and coordinate with operators for timely dispatch.
  • Prepare and manage rental contracts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Organise transportation
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional service, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Maintain detailed records of all rental transactions.
