We are seeking a Band 7 Adult Dietitian to join our dynamic team in Newport. This flexible role combines remote work and hands-on care, supporting adults across a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist dietary support and advice to adults in community hospitals, care homes, and during virtual clinics.
- Manage a diverse caseload, assessing nutritional needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Deliver effective virtual consultations for patients requiring remote care.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as necessary.
- HCPC registered Dietitian with significant experience in adult nutrition.
- Skilled in managing a community-based caseload and delivering care across diverse settings.
- Comfortable conducting virtual consultations using modern telehealth platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Able to work autonomously and adapt to a flexible, hybrid working environment.
