We are seeking a Band 7 Adult Dietitian to join our dynamic team in Newport. This flexible role combines remote work and hands-on care, supporting adults across a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist dietary support and advice to adults in community hospitals, care homes, and during virtual clinics.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, assessing nutritional needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • Deliver effective virtual consultations for patients requiring remote care.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as necessary.
About You:
  • HCPC registered Dietitian with significant experience in adult nutrition.
  • Skilled in managing a community-based caseload and delivering care across diverse settings.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual consultations using modern telehealth platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Able to work autonomously and adapt to a flexible, hybrid working environment.
