Head of Spa – Luxury Hotel – Wales

Salary: Up to £46,000 plus bonus

Location: Wales

My client is currently looking for a Head of Spa Operations for their fantastic hotel in Wales. This is a great opportunity to join a luxury hotel. We are looking for a talented, experienced Head of Spa to oversee the budgeting, day to day operations as well as ensuring the guests have a memorable experience at the hotel

About the position

• Responsible for delivering a luxury experience for the guests
• Manage the budget for the department
• Build and develop a fantastic team ensuring the hotel standards are met
• Create and implement a structure for the department
• Perform one on ones and appraisals for the staff
• Ensure that the KPIs are met and evaluated
• Generate sales across the department
• Lead a strong team

The successful candidate

• Will have previous experience as head of department of spa
• Previous experience in a luxury spa venue
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent communicator and leader
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
