Academics are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a Full Time role in a welcoming and supportive school in Newport.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of classroom materials.
- Assist small groups of students with basic literacy and numeracy tasks.
- Provide 1:1 support for students who need extra assistance.

What will we need from you?
- An enhanced DBS check which is subscribed to the update service (We can assist you with this)
- Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
- Two recent and professional references
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting.
