Roles and responsibilities:-

  • Perform technical test operations on PCBs and assemblies, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
  • Conduct routine test maintenance to ensure optimal performance of testing equipment and systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, providing timely solutions to enhance product reliability.
  • Liaise with the engineering team to communicate test results, share insights, and collaborate on product improvements.
  • Document test procedures, results, and any anomalies accurately, maintaining comprehensive records for quality assurance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance testing processes and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to bring innovative practices to the team.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:-

  • Ideally qualified to HNC level in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in testing electronic devices or components, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuit theory, and testing methodologies.
