Roles and responsibilities:-
- Perform technical test operations on PCBs and assemblies, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
- Conduct routine test maintenance to ensure optimal performance of testing equipment and systems.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, providing timely solutions to enhance product reliability.
- Liaise with the engineering team to communicate test results, share insights, and collaborate on product improvements.
- Document test procedures, results, and any anomalies accurately, maintaining comprehensive records for quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance testing processes and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to bring innovative practices to the team.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:-
- Ideally qualified to HNC level in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience in testing electronic devices or components, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuit theory, and testing methodologies.
