Position: Production OperativesLocation: Near BlackwoodContract Type: Ongoing TemporaryWorking Pattern: Full Time, Continental Shift Pattern (Day & Night Shifts, including weekends and bank holidays)Working Hours: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am

Hourly Rate: £11.44ph (increased to £12.70ph after 12 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:? Visually and physically inspect all products to ensure they meet quality specifications and document results.? Detect and report any consecutive product defects to Line Supervision.? Operate processing equipment when required.? Collect and supply product samples for quality assurance purposes.? Maintain GMP standards at all times.? Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.? Comply with company rules, regulations, and ISO 9000 quality systems.? Ensure high housekeeping standards.

About You:?? Previous production experience is advantageous.?? Ability to work full-time on a continental shift pattern (including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays).?? Access to private transport is essential due to the location (difficult to reach by public transport).?? Safety boots required (must be taken in a bag - not worn to site).?? Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.?? Important: We are unable to consider applicants on a student visa.
