Job Title: Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - Isle of Wight
Reference: P235MBMC
Remuneration: Basic salary up to £28,000 + car allowance, 33 days paid holiday, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives. On Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 - £60,000 in the first year, rising to £65,000 - £70,000 in subsequent years.

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker based on the Isle of Wight, you’ll be given the opportunity to work closely with a team of introducers and have access to a steady flow of new leads daily. You’ll also work with an existing client base, offering reviews of current mortgage and protection arrangements, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to clients on the Isle of Wight.
- Work closely with the estate agency team to identify new mortgage opportunities.
- Offer compliant, regulated advice, ensuring a smooth house buying process.
- Manage relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing mortgage reviews and protection options.
- Train and coach the estate agency team on how to identify potential mortgage leads.
Key Requirements:
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
- You must have previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
- Competency Advisor Status (CAS) is essential, along with a clean credit history and full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a driven and motivated attitude.
- Based on the Isle of Wight, or willing to relocate to the area.
