Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver high-quality audits in line with International Auditing Standards
  • Oversee the preparation of annual accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Assist clients with financial forecasting, grant applications, audits, and financial due diligence
  • Maintain high technical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Develop strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and risks
  • Proactively seek opportunities to add value and improve client service delivery
  • Manage client administration, including budgets, WIP, and timely billing
  • Deliver strategic insights to help clients grow their businesses
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff, supporting their professional growth
  • Monitor and manage workloads within the team, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Act as a role model within the department, upholding the firm’s values and high standards
