Role Responsibilities- Lead and deliver high-quality audits in line with International Auditing Standards
- Oversee the preparation of annual accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP
- Assist clients with financial forecasting, grant applications, audits, and financial due diligence
- Maintain high technical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Develop strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and risks
- Proactively seek opportunities to add value and improve client service delivery
- Manage client administration, including budgets, WIP, and timely billing
- Deliver strategic insights to help clients grow their businesses
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff, supporting their professional growth
- Monitor and manage workloads within the team, ensuring efficiency and quality
