Description
- Develop long-term strategic plans, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Provide financial analysis and insights to drive business decision-making
- Support the finance team in the preparation of management accounts
- Work closely with other departments to optimise financial performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
- Participate in finance projects and initiatives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field
- Professional qualifications like CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
- Proficiency in financial software
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage projects
